IMT-Hyderabad has been accepted by the Industry as an institute that equips students to face challenging management situations and solve problems in real time. The focus is on building conceptual and analytical skills that are essential for the managerial leadership, expected of them in the coming years. In order to be able to lead, they would have to be able to inspire, to be innovative and creative. They would need to communicate effectively and achieve results through teamwork and be sensitive, disciplined and responsible. During their years at IMT-H, we get them started on the path of leadership by providing the best possible resources and an inspiring environment.

  • PGDM

    The PGDM-Executive Programme at IMT-Hyderabad is a 15-month modular programme designed for working professionals. The programme is flexible, and maybe customized to fit the specific delivery needs of the corporate houses that sponsor their employees for the programme. The programme not only instills functional and operational expertise, but also grooms managers for leadership roles.

    At IMTH, each faculty member is encouraged to attend training programmes which would lead to skill building and enhancement in their chosen area of specialization. Further, the senior faculty members who have proven expertise in their subjects are encouraged to offer various training programmes/workshop with the objective of disseminating knowledge to the larger academic and practitioner community alike. The following Faculty Development Programme (FDP) calendar presents details about the FDP offered from the IMTH faculty members for the academic year 2015-16. There are total of 14 FDP Programme on six unique topics scheduled considering the needs of both academicians and practitioners.
